Employment and Community First Choices (ECF)

We believe meaningful employment and active community participation are essential for fostering independence and self-worth. Our Employment and Community First Choices (ECF) program is designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities to secure and maintain employment, develop life skills, and engage with their communities. We empower individuals to pursue fulfilling opportunities that align with their strengths and interests through personalized career planning, job coaching, and vocational training.

Beyond employment, our ECF program focuses on enhancing social inclusion and self-sufficiency. We assist with daily living skills, transportation, and community-based activities that promote engagement and personal growth. Our team works closely with individuals, families, and local businesses to create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
